hey guys, did you notice what I did and seriously saying, I'm not very happy about it. Delhi is extremely hot around this time and you cannot do without cottons but to my surprise, delhi markets are flooded with synthetic fabric. I asked the shopkeepers, they had to say this, 'nowadays nobody wants cotton since AC is available everywhere, people prefer synthetic. Its easy to maintain and lasts longer, cotton got beaten this season badly.' Can you imagine? For me there is no comparison between cotton and synthetics and not anything else can beat cotton. Ofcourse, its not that I don't like other fabric, just that for summers I cannot think beyond cottons!
I know AC is not a problem in major cities but what about the green living, also there are people who are allergic to synthetic material. I have lived in the hills and never had problems with synthetic but Delhi, no way. I cannot think of wearing synthetics in summers. As a matter of fact, I don't even touch Jeans during the season.
Am I only the lover of cotton or are there more like me?
